Dr. Zaid Alsamir is a native of Richmond, and has returned after two years from practicing general dentistry in Chicago. He is happy to be back working in his hometown with Dr. Circeo, who has been his mentor and inspiration throughout his pursuit in dentistry. He graduated from Deep Run High School in Glen Allen, VA. and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Virginia and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Alsamir believes that excellence in dental practice requires ongoing education and commitment to strong ethical standards.
Alongside dental treatment, Dr. Alsamir enjoys going to concerts, banging on his drum set, and playing sports: specifically soccer, tennis and squash. As an interesting aside, Dr Alsamir and Dr. Circeo both have identical twin brothers.
Dr. Alsamir is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Richmond Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and International Team for Implantology.
